Step 1
Get Pre-Approved
Imagine going to a huge sale and you've loaded up a shopping cart full of goodies. You get to the register, and notice your wallet is at home. By the time you got back your cart is gone! That's exactly what it's like shopping for a home without a pre-approval letter or proof of funds.
Step 2
Onboarding Form
Just like when you go to the doctor’s office, my intake form get all of the information needed to get you started. It will take about five minutes to complete and will make sure I never miss a detail that is important for you & your purchase.
Step 3
Consultation
Our consultation will determine your homeownership goals and timeline. This will help me identify your priorities and understand what’s most important for your home purchase. I’ll also be able to provide additional education and guidance on what the home purchasing process entails, as well as help create an action plan to make sure we are on the same page throughout the journey.
After Steps 1-3

The part we have all been waiting for! Whether you decide to purchase resale or go the new construction route, together we will find the right one.
Negotiate & WIN the Deal
It's no secret that this market has been competitive. As the market, trends and laws change, it's important to go into the negotiation process fully educated. I will negotiate the best possible terms, I'll be your advocate throughout the entire process. Open and transparent communication ensures that you're informed every step of the way, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your decisions.
Prepare to Close
At this point you are about 4 weeks out from closing. A lot will happen in this time frame from inspections, appraisals, repairs*, underwriting, title search, etc. Not to worry, I will walk you through every step. The entire process from the time your offer is accepted on the home until the day you get your keys, will be 30-45 days. The day before closing you will have a "final walk through" to check the property's condition. Then after all your documents are signed... celebrate!
